Developing Strategy
&
Building Teams
For Growth

I've been leading teams in the technology industry for over 10 years. I know that when you're looking to grow your team it's not just about finding someone who can do a job. On top of technical skills, you need technologists with experience managing teams, capable of developing client relationships, and building or complying with a corporate strategy.

My energy thrives on leading teams, developing those to go beyond my expectations, & surrounding myself in a culture of positive intentions, extreme challenges, forward focus, & unique opportunities for the driven.

As a retired US Army officer, my comfort zone is building and leading organizations. Where I excel, is strategy development through hands-on understanding of processes and systems. Translating between tech & operations to achieve organizational desired outcomes gives me satisfaction.

Casual Business Meeting

"Continuous professional development enables greatness because it is an opportunity to formulate positive intentions and act on them.

The daily grind can churn up negativity which creates friction; and if is left to fester, that becomes counter-productive.

That same friction can lead to organizational growth, if addressed with team building or personal development actions.

Focusing on well-being is not only personally healthy but good for teams and business.

Regular headspace maintenance is vital for problem solvers. "
